Reason the Stage 1 M140i made more than the stage 2 M240i was because it was strapped looser causing it to 'roller climb' to inflat the figures - If you watch the car finish the run and drop back into the rollers you will notice how far it was climbing compared to the Stage 2 car which didn't climb and strapped correctly ...

@Jack ///M240i 450hp is upper numbers, especially for a DD Dyno. Stage 1 should be 420-440hp. Stage 2 430-450hp. Could of been running shit fuel. Winter tyres etc, all effect readings.

Love the dyno day videos I use to work at a tuning garage and we took the dyno to car shows, its amazing how many people thought there cars made more power then they actually did, and would get really upset and aggressive about it iv had every car iv ever owned on the rollers modified or not its really interesting to c how much power u have at any given point I think we all get obsessed with numbers if ur going to tune ur car better to get RR first, then u can c the improvements (or not) u may only get 10hp on ur max but gain 80hp at 2.5 for example and where u driving day to day probably not at the top of ur revs 🤣

The reason the 240i had such high power was because it wasn't strapped properly and was running high on the roller. Rewatch and you'll see the 240i slide off the top roller after the accelerator lift off.

think after seeing what happened on hampshirephoto's channel with a dyno producing 375 as opposed to 362 I know what happened with the stage 1 vs stage 2 bmw's. the 240i started to move forward off the rollers and so the weight wasn't sat down properly making the horsepower figure higher

just want to state a small correction on when you say "Brake Horse Power"....Its actually "Wheel Horse Power" just wanted to help clarify when he states how much power the cars are making. Brake horsepower is measured at the flywheel whereas the other is measured at the wheels as shown on the Dyno. Great video brotha, love the content.
