Kek Butter Premium Klasik Resepi / Classic Pure Butter Cake Recipe
Bahan-bahan:
250g mentega tulen (jenama apa pun boleh) / kalau nak guna mentega biasa atau marjerin pun boleh 😊
210g tepung naik sendiri (atau tepung gandum + 1 1/2 sk serbuk penaik ayak bersama)
200g gula kastor (gula halus pun boleh)
5 biji telur (gred C, guna 4 biji kalau gred B atau A)
1 sk esen vanilla
6sb susu cair / segar / UHT / full cream

Ingredients :
250g pure butter
210g self raising flour (or all purpose flour + 1 1/2 tsp baking powder sift together)
200g caster sugar (or fine granulated sugar)
5 eggs (small size C, or 4 large or 4 medium size)
1 tsp vanilla essence
6 tbsp fresh/evaporated/UHT/low fat/full cream milk

Kurang tinggi... Tapi mendap tak.... Tak tinggi pun takpe, janji tak mendap kat bahagian tengah... Sis guna loyang saiz apa ye... Pukul mentega dan gula guna speed tinggi.. Ya lps letak telur akan pecah2 sikit.. Tapi dah masuk tepung tu akan jadi elok balik😀

Sorry for the late reply, just now saw ur comment 😬... Beat well after each addition of egg until creamy, about 1 minute after adding each egg... So total minutes are 5-7minutes ...thanks for watching 😊
