Before making comments like that I would get an understanding of God's word the bible. Then if you understand what bit teaches figure out who the true God is using as his earthly organization. It isn't Christendom that uses a phallic symbol to represent Christianity and improper interpretation of God's word. It isn't all the non-Christian religions that have their teachings align with pagan ideologies. Could it be the only religion in the world that is actually doing God's will and what Jesus Christ commanded at Matthew 28:19,20? Yes good point there 👍 the JWS was first the IBSA which focused on the almighty one namely Jehovah and much of their theology came from Pyramidology . That's why I think the emphasis was to worship Jehovah first and foremost in contrary to most Christian faiths who focused their worship to Jesus. Absolutely brilliant in making this point. I had a hard time with putting Jesus on the back burner so to speak, but my teacher told me some things had to be taken on faith. So I chose to take this concept on faith. But it was never really a concept I truly had faith in. Also, it occurs to me the point you make about rejecting Jesus' body and blood at the Memorial fits perfectly with denying him his true place in daily worship like this. According to WIkipedia Yahshua is a proposed transliteration of יהושוע‎, the original Hebrew name of Jesus. The pronunciation Yahshua is philologically impossible in the original Hebrew and has support neither in archeological findings. Interesting thing about languages when a person translates them it is never a word for word translation. Even the Hebrew we see today is not the original as no one knows what the original Hebrew language looked like. Jesus Christ in Russian is Иисус Христос. In Albanian it is Jezu Krishti so in English it is Jesus Christ and so forth. While names are important as in God's name or your name but in translation word meaning is less important to the thought the words are conveying.

I have a kingdom interliner which has the Greek and the English together and in the new testiment the JW'S put Jehovah were is should say Lord which is referring to the Lord Jesus. This is very clear in Romans 10:13 because the entire chapter is clearly referring to the Lord Jesus and they threw a random Jehovah in there were it clearly doesn't belong. Go read Romans chapter 10 and see for yourself. This is why Raymond Franz and a bunch of guys from the writing department got disfellowshiped and considered apostate. I've always wondered about this, because when Jesus sat down on the throne in 1914, he took the position of King over mankind's affairs then, right? So when we pray to Jehovah, we do pray in Jesus' name? I thought I heard that the GB has given themselves exclusive rights to word it like that now. Many Christian denominations believe or have a doctrine of the Trinity a great mystery of an ancient Canaanite deity. known as ‘Yahweh’ or ‘Jehovah.’ And Jesus of Nazareth the Christ along with the Holy Spirit are one and the same deity. This presents a problem with those Christian denominations who believe in the Trinity of a deity made up with 3 deities as one God. Yes, your right Jesus Christ followers will be known as witnesses of Jesus Christ as you gave scriptural evidence of this fact. But to a Trinitarian Christian believer it doesn’t really matter to them unless you believe in Jesus Christ is totally separate from his heavenly father then it matters to be identified as witnesses of Jesus Christ. Since, JW only concentrate on the name of God as ‘Jehovah’ and Jesus Christ is only a subordinate to ‘Jehovah.’ By them denying all the scriptural evidence you gave about being witnesses to Jesus Christ. They seem to be denying the greatest name to a Christian and that is Jesus.

True early Christians main preaching thrust was to preach about Jesus... so essentially they were also witnesses for Christ and Jehovah (Isaiah 43:10) They actively preached about Christ... But for what purpose? It was not for intents to worship Jesus because he himself taught that religious worship alone must be directed ONLY to his Father (John 4:24) So the thrust then during the Apostles day was to setup the framework or foundation of true Christianity, and so their message had to be about the resurrected Christ and that was the case. But once the foundation had been laid do they needed to keep on preaching about Jesus all over again as their theme message?...The answer is no they needed to press on to christian maturity not building another foundation over again. They did not need to repeat their message especially after the fledgling early congregations was established. They were then active witnessses for Jesus, but on a whole the apostles did not lose sight of the fact that first & foremost Jehovah was their God and of the Jewish nation, so they in effect were Jehovah's Witnesses also. Fast forward that to our modern time Judge Rutherford had to come up with an unique and totally different name to differentiate or set apart God's people from the many conflicting various 'Christian' sects around the world (50,000 plus count and growing!) To call themselves 'Jesus Witnesses' would not suffice to set them apart from the many, many thousands of confusing & conflicting denominations in the world already in existence and all whom use the name of Jesus - each believing they have the real truth or correct path. Ironical given that this situation was as exactly foretold by Christ in Matthew ch.7:21-23...he will reject and cast off to their dismay all those who claim to profess their love for him & use his name. These ones go off to ko'lasin (everlasting cutting off NWT) or destruction.

Jesus did not instruct us to be witnesses of him alone. he repeatedly honored his Father’s name and glory. The big job of witnessing to the Jews for 31/2 years after Jesus’ death would , of course, be to convince all the Jews witnessed to that Jesus was the Son of God (Yahweh) and the Messiah prophesied throughout the Hebrew prophecies. I encourage all readers not to throw away all you learned while being a JW. But to move onward and forward as a brother of Christ, a witness to his sufferings and life and a close follower of all he taught. Unfortunately, a person cannot be a JW and a sheeplike follower of Christ the true Shepherd of the sheep. So be obedient to all Jesus taught. That is why I resigned after 35 years. I have never regretted becoming ,’One’ with God and Jesus when I received the birth of the Holy Spirit( even when I was a JW) I was ostracized by the membership especially at Memorial time. No I'm not trying to be disrespectful because I know Christians really mean well. But it's important to examine the greater picture ,Yes Jesus is vital for salvation no question. But we know he wanted to praise and bring glory to his father as he said ''father glorify your name. John 12:28. ''I have made your name known to them.John 17:3. ''our father in heaven let your name be sanctified. Mat 6:9. Right now I'm witnessing about Jesus as the witnesses do as he taught. The problem is deeper than that, brother. The name YHWH is also substituted by Adonai in the OT, thus why it is generally pronounced YAHOWAHI (replacing missing vowels in YHWH with Adonai's). In other words, "Jehovah" identifies Jesus Christ, not the Father. The Father is not named in the Scriptures, because we should not have another God than Christ; no other Mediator than Christ to the Father. The problem with many Christians, is that they mistakenly identify, and confuse, the Father with Christ. Think about this.

Jehovah says JESUS is My witness of how he Jehovah is; and you are witnesses of Jesus actions that Jehovah prvoed this so by selecting Jesus who could be trusted to set the example and show the way. A judge in a court does not JUST call a witness forth and after doing so says are there witnesses who can collaborate the testimony of THIS witness. Like the 2nd and 3rd witness (in the PROPER 2/3 witness rule) they testify to what the first witness said. The first witness is not a sole man to himself /judge/jury. self-redeemed because every issue in the bible from Moses Pharaoh to nations upon Israel to the internal judgment whether it be cast-out Elijah or Jeremiah are all testimonies. The reason Jesus comes is because creation was all his invention when it went from God and son to create all the things the son could imagine with the help of the father. Slamming God thus does slam the great empty space where the father let the child play and create all THEY could think of. Eve was child too, not intended to be eternally as such; whether bible culture thinks so, the things which are equal between man and woman indicate were intended to be equal (?) proof (?) Jesus said Man was given one wife (not all women). I will draw conclusions the way HE did not Moses did, but i understand what Moses was doing, the people were stupid in seeing it, AND STILL ARE. example Lloyd! We cant be witnesses of a man back THEN that is as vague to us as God NOW! I don’t know if you are an ex-JW but I think many who leave the cult “throw the baby out with the bath water.” That was certainly how it was for me. I was a radical atheist for 18 years before I was given, at the height of an anti-Christian rage, a sudden and totally unexpected Road to Damascus experience. It’s been decades since then and I’m only just beginning to appreciate the Bible as a supernatural voice. I realise that my experiences can be explained away with secular reasoning. I also realise that I am not certain of anything and feel very uneasy around anyone who is. Just thought I’d share.

So the bible was written over roughly 1500 years by 40 people, none of whom lived much over 120 years and yet without contradiction. Over 400 detailed prophecies already fulfilled and many more being fulfilled right now. You might want to think again. @@restlessyouthproductions I have to disagree. I still care about the topic because it was central to my life until I was 41 years old. Once I stopped believing it I didn't just instantly walk away and forget and never look back. I don't think many do. Most of my family still live by it. So, no, I do not have to believe in the bible to still study it and pay attention to what the JWs are teaching about it. Nickleback on the other hand has had significantly less impact on my life.

In the 1st century AD, Jesus was an unknown entity. The Jews were already familiar with Yahweh but did not embrace the new direction that god had indicated for his people. It would make sense for the greek scriptures to emphasise Jesus over Yahweh. If the greek scriptures stressed Yahweh, would the new disciples see the need to break free from Judaism? This video does not address this issue. I dont think this guy even get what the purpose of the gospels was. He is so fixated on disproving WT doctrine.

You claim you dont like those who feel THEY are the new truth after leaving WT truth, but you yourself in this video intepreted two fats opposite what they are. It does not say we began calling ourselves Christians at Antioch; it doesnt even say disciples began calling thenselves Christians. It says Antioch started call THEM Christians which makes sense because pagan Greek Christ is not Jewish Messiah. The pagan Greek Christ is Noah returning to save the world. So gentile pagan Greeks are the ones who started calling them Christians but you think its a name christians took up so you can say the name JW is wrong. Point 2 the new testament is not books of doctrine but letters of chat to the congregation churches, and one record of Acts regarding events. Nothing is acually a book of doctrines so the testament is not a new covenant in writing but just testimony of it existing.

The difference between me and people who think they have the absolute truth is that I'm completely okay with being wrong. I appreciate your comments and your point of view. Regardless of whether or not you think that Christian is the proper name or whether you think Jesus is or is not the Messiah, Jehovah's Witnesses take the letters of the New Testament as doctrine and therefore I'm referencing those letters and books in order to show that they are mistaken. You cannot take the New Testament as your doctrinal books and not see Jesus as the one we are supposed to witness to if you call yourself a Christian.

But you err in that Moslems all mostly know christian believe Jesus the savior and all christians know Moslems believe Mohammad is, so there is no witnessing to do (at all) that just points out WHO is savior, the witnessing to do is and would be what did Mohammad teach of Allah, and what did Jesus teach of Jehovah. The coverage of Jesus was finished centuries ago. Like Paul said i have had my share of physical abuse by world and by brothers. (As i will post in your video today on forgiveness.) You cannot say someone is ignorant to a topic they will eternally choose to ignore. If i block my ears to quantum things, then does that mean quantum theory is unknown and/or always will be! of course. Thats why we have KZbinrs and flat earth society; it's more important to unveil how WT is not needed to prove that false knowledge causes deaths.
