Tbh I'm British and been into hip hop 30 years and I'm not into stormzy or any of the UK grime seen.Compared to old UK mc,s and crews like Hijack, demon Boyz, Gunshot etc in my opinion they set the bar and have never really been surpassed.It,s exactly the same way in America, even worse really.I suppose we should be grateful our artists haven't gone down the mumble route, at least they are actually constructing flows.I hate sounding like a grandad"it,s not like it used to be".But hip hop was hardcore, straight up and down beats and rhymes, dj,s with talent cutting up wax..
