I had and bought featherlite fl26 model weed eater brand trimmer back in august of 2012, I had it for 3 years, it was a curved shaft verses a straight shaft, I wish I would’ve bought the straight shaft model, Due to my weed eater trimmer having motor and carb problems.

As a landscaper and gardener I would say the Speed Feed heads are my all time favourite. Super easy to load (as in less than 15sec), the 450 ones that I use take a massive amount of line so we can trim for almost a whole day on one spool and you don't have to take the head apart which is really nice, just put one end of the line through one eyelet and push it out the other, even the two sides out then wind in from the top part of the head. Easy as. Also as a side note some ear protection and steel cap boots or at least proper enclosed shoes are probably a better bet than crocs lol

Love the Weed Eater brand, got one that’s 8 years old and just recently replaced the drive shaft on it. Hate that they don’t sell them anymore. What would you even consider a good replacement for them nowadays because it seems like the bargain brands now aren’t made to last but a couple years (my dad bought a cheap craftsman that lasted a year and a half before the engine threw a rod-he took good care of it too just like this old weed eater I have)

I was researching gas trimmers, to replace the corded model I've been using for the past three years (with 3 extension cords!). Couldn't find any glkd honest reviews. Then I come across your video! I thought you only did gun reviews. Thanks for your recommendation! I went down to my local Tractor Supply and picked one up. And it was on clearance for $79.99! Used it today and got-r-done! No more cords! Whoteewhooooooo!!!!!!! #freedom #budgetcuts #whoteewho #dadlife

Just have to say, that machine is for weed. If you put a saw blade on it will die after some time (often spring down to the head and some plastic etc). I have tried that on a ryobi before, it lived for 3 years of heavy usage tough but it was too weak to use in the "forest" :D :D
@WHOTEEWHO7 жыл бұрын

It is a 4 stroke that use 2stroke mixed gas/oil. It doesn´t have a sump and uses the oil in the gas for lubrication. Torque from a 4stroke but with the simple usage of a 2stroke. I prefer the cutters that uses the harness so that I don´t get my back killed! ;)
