Did he say "nobody ever enslaved the midgets"? LOL!! Anyway, Dr. Anderson blew me away when he said that Obama being president was indeed important socially and symbolically, but we did not touch the structural issue. Absolutely brilliant.

This episode of The Rock Newman Show featuring Dr. Claud Anderson is incredibly insightful. Dr. Anderson's deep dive into economic empowerment and the importance of building wealth within the African American community is a crucial conversation. His perspectives on historical injustices and the systemic barriers that persist today are eye-opening. We need to understand these dynamics to work towards equitable solutions. Thank you, Rock Newman, for facilitating such an enlightening discussion. This episode is a must-watch for anyone interested in social justice and economic development.

Can you imagine if more black people, especially the men were this community-minded? So many throw their resources and wealth into the white and other communities when they get successful through interracial relationships. I wish Dr. Anderson would talk about this issue in the black community.

Dr. Anderson makes it clear that BLACK situation UNIQUE and must be addressed separately/uniquely. This is why REPARATION $ and apology including admission of guilt/wrong must be UNIQUE: $5,000,000 check, apology and penalty imposed if reneiged. So surely this will be highest reparation for unique slavery. When Rock Newman says Joe six-pack he must mean a 6-pack if beer and not a muscular tummy.

11:50 Black WOMEN were enslaved. Thank you very much. Unless there are no Black women then... and there are nuances within our differences because of gendered differences too. So it's important to look at that too in part.

I tried to post here, but my post was rather long and the system would not post it. That could be a reason why there are so few posts here after over 6 months since this interview was posted. I'll send my comments to you by e-mail if I'm able to. I also left a couple of voice mail messages on the PowerNomics phone number, which organization I heard in your interview here belongs to your wife. Peace brothers and sisters!

I am a Black Master Builder; I went to do a plumbing job for a Black Woman in Brooklyn who was from North Carolina. She said, "I can't believe this a Black Plumber...I've had Jamaican Plumbers, spanish and white plumbers, you are the first and I owned this property for more than 20yrs.

@@davidbutler6912 In the San Francisco Bay Area there was a telephone book/directory of BLACK BUSINESSES that was excellent and how my family identified electricians, plumbers, house painters, housekeepers, gardeners, etc. My parents used them and every one of them was excellent: great skills, joyous and God-focused. Lifelong relationships were formed and lasted until death and even beyond when offspring able to continue relationship=FAMILY. I had no idea that was an exception until well into middle age.

Where’s the data on African Americans spending 98% on purchases going outside of the community
@nickhall79953 ай бұрын
Look into black ownership. We don't own enough business and resources for that 98% to be untrue. We have to buy from someone and that is usually not our people.
