@@tuskoub It's honestly not even that bad. You just have to lock in for like a day of either beating homeless men up in a sewer or grinding powerup drops. Plus nothing is really stopping you from doing in NG+ and getting the massive XP boost Legendary gives you.

That's probably what led to less content overall. Japanese games are notorious for skimping out on voice acting quantity, to this day JRPG's still have a good percentage of non voiced dialogue, so I'm guessing it's generally a large cost.

I like to take my time and drink in every moment. I don't rush the story and have fun playing around with everything the game has and often end up with 50-100 hours in each game with out 100% completion. Each RGG game for me is to be savored so it's only natural that the time spent is higher than average. There is always something I'm saving for my next play through so I can see something new the next time around.

I always thought the Yakuza "6" element came in the story, with Nagumo, Yuta, Matsunaga, Tagashira, Hirose, and Kiryu, because the story focuses on Kiryu joining this new organization in Onomichi, an unfamiliar place, and working together as a team of 6, an experience that shows that while a smaller family has it's pros, it still has it's cons, suggesting that the yakuza life and system is inherently flawed, whether it's experienced through a massive organization at the top of the food chain like the Tojo Clan, or a small no-name organization like the Hirose family.

Props to doing Puyo Puyo legit. Not even the worst of the other games (A bit of Kiwami, but 3 and 5 especially) before it was anything close to the hell that is that minigame. So glad the PC version axed that minigame entirely. Good luck if you plan on doing the completion lists in game before the year ends, Like A Dragon is absurdly long with little reward payout overall.

Puyo puyo seemed terryfying at first, but after learning about the strat it became fun and i got addicted to it. But still hate the rng of final opponent showing up, i think i had to reach 37 wins for her to show up first time

@@ArlecchinoSB just like the frog opponent plays, so fill in 3-4 columns on one side as fast as possible and then start connecting 4. most of the time it gives 3-5 chain combo just by pure rng. when opponent is about to lose, use free time to refill the columns before next opponent shows up to start offense right away

y6 clan creator was fun however, because rgg did a bunch of promo codes when the game came out it is completely fair to just import all the busted clan members, never use any the game gets you, and go nuts. also code chars are good enough that the clan creator dlc is an absolute scam.

Yeah in terms of platinum trophy this is very easy, after playing the games through the first time I had all but the legend trophy just by playing and enjoying the side stuff. yakuza 8 lets you switch from legend to hard infront of the final boss, which i both did in ng+ since after ng i just went to legend, did legend, and did the last 2 things. due to level gap issues, tho i doubt that you can go from normal to legend even if the game lets you

Uhh sorry to tell you that most games have a bottomless stomach mechanic in them, not just the dragon engine ones, you just need the cp reward or skill upgrade, then you can just hit right, will work on everything except alcohol

Yakuza 6 has food combinations that give you some sort of stat boost, they don’t activate unless you have the hunger to eat all the foods. Yes you can eat infinitely with bottomless stomach but it won’t activate food combinations if you don’t take an appstim

I have one question tho...I totally understand that completing these games on 100% is probably the most time consuming thing in the gaming world, but as u said u skip cutscenes and dialogues and it took you only 3 hours to beat the story of this game.
