People don’t trust their boss, because the boss expects you to be invested in the company at the same level that the owner is. And that’s just not the case, I don’t own that company, I don’t have stock in that company. I don’t give a fuck about that company past what it pays me on a contractually obligated basis. People don’t trust their employers because they are not trustworthy. People don’t trust their employers because they can be fired at any moment for any reason without repercussions. People don’t trust their employees because they should not.

Never estimate a crappy leader... it might get so bad it'll push you to change and start your own thing....hind site that former crappy leader pushed me to start my own business and thankfully thrive....

With technology like workplace cameras managers watch from a screen now. Like hey workabee you must be like a robot or else... Cameras plus audio is everywhere, im talking picture perfect camera images. I even hear the managers can log in anytime even off hours at home. How creepy.. I say put cameras at the boss' office desk.

only "fool" trust their boss. Your boss will stab you in the back as soon as they don't see you as useful resource.

Is there more to this? I've taken the assessment, read the books...just not enlightening for me. Nothing about it points me to a better workplace that is gainful. I have, contributed to Mr Coleman's welfare 😂.
