my parents abused me and broke my body. But never my soul, or mind. Now I can read a mans soul like it was open book, especially, if they are abusers. Sometimes, I have these flashblacks that cause me soooo much pain, I have these left over migrains for hours. But I have been able to use that to rewire my brain, and thus these very abiltiies are becoming extremely powerful, and I can control it more accurately. In some cases I can project. So these powers are very real.. If i didnt succeed in this. I would have no emotions, and we know what that leads too. No sir. Not for me. Ill feel it no matter how painful. Hit me, Hit me again.

This is why I even cry with strangers I talk to. But don’t shake hands because it’s like I can feel what a person is going through-happy or sad. I had no idea until I saw a video on empathy last year. People tend to tell me their situations and problems. So I try to help if I can.

I never share my observations even when they turn out to be true. I don’t want them to stop communicating nonverbally. I absorb truth and then take action.

yeah it really is a blessing and a curse, I find it hard to switch off because of my curious nature. I believe my dark empath ex brought out the sigma empath in me, it was a very hurtful relationship but I appreciate every moment of it because now I can better help people.

MAMA MIA! isn't that a fact, what I find strange, is even as a Sigma Empath, sometimes emergences of these awareness take time to manifest. For me it's curious that it has been KZbin videos, that first made me aware that I'm an Empath, and now a Sigma Empath. It is comforting to realise, I've developed sufficient self awareness to not let these perceptions "go to my head!" 😂

I'm a sigma empath and have incredible powers since I was a small child but I choose to not mirror or even accept other people's emotions. I'm even picky to share in them when invited even if it's a good emotion. I find it intrusive personally. So it makes it very easy for my soul to talk to me and I'll know it's not my thought or emotions off the rip and sometimes if I really don't need to be there like something bad I'd going to happen I'll get thoughts and emotions I've never had before and didn't like how it felt and simply wasn't going to stay there feeling like that oh no.. so I go home and be thankful I had one. But know everyone's thoughts, absolutely. I can hear them out loud too and cause them to hear it as well. And see my clairvoyance too. Basically if it's my truth and I want to know it, the closer you are to me the harder it gets to hold my truth back from me. Seems like with me I can cause us all to hear and see the truth and there is nothing anyone else can physically do about it 🤷 my family been scared of me since I was 8 years old. Because of that truth oracle thing I have. Truth just falls out people's mouths even mine you know things I decided when I was young going to the grave you know never been a problem one. Then all sudden I get to close to a family member and truth fall out my mouth too just as quick. No control or even awareness of it. Lol it's crazy. I feel spirit touch me alot too I don't like it so took me a long time to accept it and know how to get over that. What I didn't like the most about being an empath is how sensitive my heart space area always was once I did open my heart alot and allowed feeling at all there it was crazy hard. If God had a message he wanted me to deliver and I made a fuss at all about it, was like he could make me have a heart attack right then and there is he wanted my heart would race so fast best believe got my ass moving😂 no I don't wanna die today so I'll risk sounding crazy I mean real fast too. I was one of those super empath sigma starseed kids out of severe trauma and neglect. Repeated spiritual assaults, abandonment and a target of group attacks with high level of deception and malicious intentions. But I can absolutely read the energy of a group of any size any one or number of people within that group up to whole town's cities states whole geographical regions and even from a far distance sometimes. I felt the tremors in Greece when they had them for a long time I want to say in 05. And I lived in Florida. I also knew how Katrina was going to be before that storm hit that was an extremely hard year for what I would think every American just naturally but I was shocked that others even people that lived in my household had zero bit of empathy towards anyone who lived in that region or that knew was about to get rocked and I found that extremely shocking and disturbing on so many levels but now I'm older I know it's natural as much as I am natural. We all have the same right and purpose to be here even if some are really here more than others or or regardless of who wants to be here and who doesn't. But we also have the right to our own personal space too and I do not like it or appreciate very much anyone trying to sync up to my energy and thoughts I think it's intrusive and rude but there are some people I have the most beautiful and intense telepathy with that will really rock me it's that level of real understanding that you share that has no words to describe because there aren't needed any. Because it's already known. And that is a profoundly deep feeling of love and gratitude when you can communicate with your children like this. My son is extremely gifted just like me when I was little but way way earlier and very advanced compared to myself I think because of his support nurturing and protection I offered him as a parent and also the self respect I Instill in my child make a big difference quick. But. I just think it's a personal choice at the end of the day and those with the need for those kinds of gifts and abilities are going to be more aware and grateful for them just period. There plenty of naturals who could really care less. Life seems to always come very easy for them too. But they were more comfortable and familiar and had relationships they were born into I never did. And I never had a chance to be comfortable. So I developed great powers of great need .🤷 But this is natural and normal for everyone right?

@@shaunpdaly i was good at finding my exit buttons loopholes ect i was a high flight risk but definitely always been a child of god and close to god from the age of 7. I woke up at 7 to god, my soul and demons. Pretty wildi think everybody could see these things if they believed they could and do ever choose to. I just say to give full permission to yourself, get along with suggestive thinking and just stay in non judgement mind for at least a month. Call soul retrieval. I believe e1eryone life lived and utilized to the glory of god and the nourishment of his kingdom no matter who you worship where your going when you die dont matter anymore if your living then your still alive claiming a life and if your body live past certain time then whatever time you have left since then is lived under new rule already if you are total toxic that aint gone last long at all. 🤷 demon entity attachment tear the body down much much fast now then a couple years ago aint nobody got no time for that anymore least of all God thats what i think and he already took his back off the top no telling how long ago already so its just entity attachment and demoni0 entity consciousness too. Even if it seems enlightened... Might be. But might not be yours at same time. 🤷

Children are best to be around especially babies they are calm n pure, have a son as well , I see him secretly tear up when I hug him, I sense alot as well the fakeness of people n wonder why other people not seeing what I'm seeing, I can sense feelings in a community n country at times but I try not to watch news not to get overwhelmed, I connect with 2 other empaths and another who went through trauma and can relate , seeing if i can permanently be away from a narcissistic encounter weekly it's just feeling their energy n the position of power they are in but I don't live with then so it's not that overwhelming I just go in nature 1st to ground or insulate myself from their energy before any speech interaction

This one was kinda repetitive. Between an over excess of the titles and sub titles being Sigma and empath but also. But the description was bascially....basically..... if you're an empath or a sigma empath you see thru people and here's why, you're an empath. If you're an empath (restated the same as previous number, with different words used in its place). If that makes sense. Like not harsh criticism and I listened all the way thru out of respect for the channel, due to there being solid content. But it was a little redundant this time. Everyone stay safe

When you truly love others, even everyone, no matter how they act you can understand. Do not measure them against your own self. Just feel their energy. God will let you know what you need to know. Knowing and loving God first, is the reason that we know anything. Everything else is illusion. You can always know the truth from the lies, if you will listen to God. Thank you. God bless everyone.
