why ac compressor exploded?

ac compressor technology also advanced during these days.
now a days most of the cars around the world face the issue of exploding compressor. there are many people in the forums who mentioned many reasons for this sudden explosion. I cannot say anything anything about those because I didn't inspect any of those....
one of my customer had a similar problem with his ac compressor on a BMW m3.
this video is my investigation and my conclusion based on my knowledge.

❤ wow very complicated. I had no idea the compressor has that many parts. What dangers exist if compressor stops working and you manually override the power switch so it hooks directly to the battery. I did this and the compressor works doing that. Nice cold air. However I don't feels its a good idea to leave it like that and try to drive. Can you explain the dangers if I did? Thank you.

Get AC leaks repaired ASAP to ensure proper oil lubrication & to prevent moisture from destroying inside of system.

Interesting ! I just sold recently my dads 1997 VW Golf III, one owner, just 114.500 KM since new. AC has been refilled in March 2022, I drove it about 300 KM since refilled. Used the AC 3x to 4x times, was working fine. Today the buyer picked up the car. Buyer drove 10 Km with AC turned on. Compressor exploded like this in the video, while he was driving on the autobahn at 120 km/h / 70 mph. I have pics, the damage looks exactly like here shown. Killed the radiator, Grill, indicator & fog lights were blown out.

Normally I troll Indian channels. This was actually pretty impressive. I have a lot of respect for a mechanic that rolls up his sleeves and gets right to the bottom of the issue at hand, instead of just throwing parts at the problem without even knowing the actual cause.
