Lol yeah the naruto verse is absoloutly overwhelmed by power scale by the bleach verse. Itachi on the other hand has 1 attack that can take down virtually any character if he can land it the tosuka blade is pretty ridiculous on top of that tuskiomi and amatrasu end a lot of characters even bleach ones and itachi his genjutsu and contingencies acyaly give him a chance of landing these ablites no matter how overwhelmed in raw power and physical traits he is does mot make him likely to win just means he has a none 0 chance to win like most naruto charcters have. Most of them including ones who are likely to beat itachi just get insta gacked by even mid tier bleach charcters. Itachi has win conditions and ways to land them that are possible even hear no matter how overwhelmed he is in scale of power. Not even borito scale power houses can reach up into this scale with any chance to win itachi's power set is pretty crazy. On the other hand if you are immune to his illusions and you outclass him his ablity tto land these powers falls off really fast.

I was gonna say cap to All of Shippuden-then I realized the highest feat in it was Kaguya at the very least destroyed a realm with a star while Aizen as a lieutenant created the Star in Los Noches. Creation > Destructio. Edit- Forgot that she created that realm. So at the lowest they are relative in that stat AP/DC with Aizen taking the dub due to more versatility (spells and Shikai/Bankai) and having a higher BIQ, and could counter the only the main BIQ that helped Kaguya (Black Zetsu).

The one fact above any wanker is that Aizen would just flex his reatsu and break the soul of Itachi. And I like Itachi Uchiha. But it's a transendent spiritual being (Aizen), against a soul that has been temporary placed in a body. And no matter how cool they are there is just no way that Itachi Uchiha is going to fight Aizen. Especially if each are aware of the others powers. Like the video stated. Aizen despite his centuries of existence was ultimately a brat with an ego complex and his Hogyoku transformation revealed that true side of him and his later appearance are of that a brat in a long time out let out just to get back at others for attempting to control and being forced to obey the rules he doesn’t like like a pouty child. Aizen is mostly pitted against Madara himself most of the time. The dorks at DeathBattle say Madara wins, but they simply fail to understand what the Hogyoku is about. Maybe Kaguya has a chance, unfortunately we really didn't see her full potential, but can infer some things from what her clansmen can do.

Itachi did what he did to prevent a potentially devastating war due to his family's ambition committing something horrible to prevent an even greater horror. Aizen seeks to validate his godhood after learning the truth of the Spirit King, driven mad by the fact that such a powerful being is a husk reduced by the ambitious.

The problem with fighting Aizen isn't raw power or combat prowess/techniques, it's his Perfect Hypnosis; it's not just about creating illusions, it's the ability to completely manipulate an opponent's perceptions on reality. When Ywach went to speak with Aizen while he was locked away Ywach thought only a few moments had gone by when in reality it was hours. Aizen immediately hypnotized Ywach and he had no idea it happened. The only time we've ever seen him NOT immediately put someone under his spell is Ichigo, and that's only because of his own desire to not be the strongest. When he lost during their final battle it wasn't because he was afraid of losing. The Hōgyoku didn't devolve him because he perceived himself to be weaker than Ichigo; Deep down Aizen wanted to lose. The Hōgyoku brings forth its master's deepest desires: Aizen wanted to become an immortal being that transcended reality, but he also wanted someone to exist who he could see as an equal. The entire reason why Ichigo even exists is because Aizen hand crafted the circumstances of his birth. Even after the end of the series Aizen never used Perfect Hypnosis on Ichigo because he wants someone to exist who he views as an equal. If he didn't view Ywach as an equal, there's no way he'd see Itachi as an equal. Itachi being a prodigy, while impressive, would probably only earn Aizen's respect. Much like how Yamamoto(arguably the most powerful soul reaper to ever exist) or even Urahara(A man who Aizen admits may be smarter than him) both earned his respect, but he still viewed himself as being above them. Even if we ignore how just by standing near Aizen could possibly vaporize Itachi, The moment the fight starts he would've already lost just by looking at Aizen. You can't break out of Perfect Hypnosis like a genjustu, the only ways to not be put under the ability is to either have been blind so you never saw him to begin with or to hold onto his blade which can't be done anymore since he fused with it. Even Ywach in his Almighty god form with the power to see and manipulate every possible future to his whims had his hand impaled through Aizen's body and couldn't tell he was impaling Aizen, Aizen had to let him see the truth. That's Aizen's terrifying power, he can man-handle your perceptions on reality and you basically can't do anything about it.

Itachi's Tsukuyomi is superior. He can make a millisecond feel like 50 years easily. They both have manipulation of the 5 senses, but Itachi does it to a greater extent. Characters like Unohana even points out the imperfections in Aizens illusion. While hogyoku does provide immorality for Aizen, he can be sealed, which is exactly what happened in Bleach. It just so happens Itachi can seal with the Divine weapon Totsuka blade. As far as speed Itachi has shown to keep up with characters that are known speedsters in his verse which eclipse even light speed or at least in that relativistic range. Characters like Gin was able to hit Aizen with an ability that is less than 500x the speed of sound (nowhere close to what it takes to perform a lariat). People speak about flash step and they don't even know Naruto has its own flash step in the body flicker technique. Characters like Haku was imitating light speed in the first arc. I know it's hard for a lot of Bleach fans to admit, but Naruto universe easily has feats that can deal with Bleach characters. It's only gotten better for Naruto scaling wise if we include Boruto. However I don't keep up with Boruto. As far as the reiatsu crush argument, you would have to translate that into chakra. Itachi being a superior ninja with techniques that can fight against tailed beast that can wipe out countries is a good indicator that a technique like that wouldn't even work. It would have to be a character on the level of like a part 1 Kiba.

Just on that basis alone Aizen stomps. A better matchup would be pre Hokyoku Aizen only because his physical and reiatsu feats aren't ridiculously wanked.

Itachi would just die by being in his presence and kyouka is vastly superior to his limited genjutsu, even giving him kotomatsukami would be meaningless since aizen can just warp spacetime and travel through dimensions to escape the looped reality all assuming he isnt using kyouka.. Tsukuyomi is also useless since aizen can just negate it with his presence (spiritual pressure) and even if he cant for some reason itachi wont be hurting aizen, he cant damage his spiritual body since he needs relative or on a similar level of power, spirit energy/pressure. Even if we bring down the level of the Shinigamis to that of the Reaper Death Seal entity in Naruto, just take a look at how potent that jutsu is. All it does is take away the soul/chakra of whatever the caster designates and seal them, it's literally almost an insta-kill. A victim can't even see them unless they're touched (which at that point they're already fxcked) let alone do damage to it. Now imagine one that can move freely and with abilities... 💀

I love Itachi, but he’s getting disintegrated by Aizen’s SP. Gin, a captain and a high level one as well, lost most of his wrist just by coming close to him. Aizen might be a big talker, but besides Ichigo, basically all his statements about himself are true. He genuinely thought he could bring the soul palace, a place tens of thousands of miles above the SS down to the SS. He created pocket dimensions, he created an item tht could basically create and edit life itself and then fused wth it. Perfect hypnosis tht arguably only needs you to look at him after he fused wth his zanpakto, godlike speed, godlike power, able to create literal black hole level gravity wells wth kurohitsugi, etc. Aizen solos most verses besides like dbs (and that’s if the dbs characters can see him).

I don't even think the totsuka blade could pierce Aizen before fusing with the hogyoku even if he just standed still. The reatsu barrier plus the shinigami body reinforced by the reishi absorbed over the years makes for a super dense and tough body. Much tougher than people in naruto where the defense stat is approximately the same as a regular human. Remember how he caught ichigo's blade bare handed over sokyokou hill.

The simple difference is Reaitsu doesn't scale to Chakra. Reaitsu would crush anyone with Chakra with Aizen's alone, and Itachi would get erased from existence if he went near him. Case closed.

A lot of assumptions added here, this will make me sound like a bleach stand... -Aizen's inferiority complex that undid him wasn't because Ichigo was strong. It's because he knows his family tree and knows he's objectively born as a transcendent being. Being a super strong ninja doesn't make you transcendent. -Urahara sealing Aizen wasn't him alone...he needed to be not only weakened by his fight with Ichigo but also needed the hogyoku to work against him. And even then the seal can't be permanent. Because Aizen gets stronger even when sealed to the point he will eventually break out, this is not a win condition. Essentially there's no real way to beat him. He was literally deleted by Yhwach in his fight, which you didn't really discuss, and he just came back from literal nothing. This is why they say they can't think of a way to kill him. He was sealed by a Sternritter that's ability is specifically meant to seal someone (we know how they scale and how insane it is if that's their ability) and all it did was 'seal' him for a few minutes while he was sealed. And a god-like being Yhwach that can see ALL futures couldn't see past Aizen's illusions. I really don't see a lose condition for him. Maybe you can argue Aizen can't win, but that's a lot of wank. Because he will keep growing stronger and no one knows how to kill or seal him for good.

Aizen on the other hand, despite his well-intentioned goals, was ultimately a monster beneath his affable facade as shown through his final Hogyoku form where the demonic black skull of his true vileness was shown and his future actions are just him not wanting to be controlled and forced to submit to the status quo he loathes
