Firstly, 4:55 thanks for clarifying that 6 weeks is an arbitrary number, nobody could answer this question. Secondly, I am in my 8th week and I know its chronic. The point is I get them only during nights (but are ruled by foods that are sour viz., Lemon, tomato, left overs, sour cream, yogurt, sorrel leaf, Indian spices, cinnamon, etc., I am on anti-histamines and I dont know what to do next to shut this up. I dont wanna pop pills all the time. (At present one anti-histamine works for 72 hours for me i.e. 3 nights... otherwise day times I am super fine. No hives whether or not I take pills)

I have been facing this CSU from 3 years.. been consuming antihistamine on every 3rd day .. otherwise body keeps itching anywhere and its hard to control. It also activates when I am emotional..When I am embarassed I get hives...When I am nervous I get hives..When eating..if I eat a really hot food I get hives..Same with spice.. I really like spicy foods and I can't even eat them anymore.. And also when I exercise...
