i've got a collapsable bag jacket by riot division, and i used to use it to carry my laptop, wallet, keys and other stuff when i went to class. if it started raining or got cold I could just flip it back to jacket and all the stuff would still be contained in the carrier pocket against my back. Was pretty neat honestly. Plus its waterproof so everything inside was always kept dry.

I wore tech wear for 6 years. One thing I learned is that you’ll almost never actually use all the features in tech wear. I almost never switch from pants to shorts. And vice versa. Lots of Pockets become impractical when free running. Compact backpacks hug your body ti maintain center of gravity. Minimalist approach of having multifunctional equipment is better.
