Then it’s young up and comer Chris Garner Jones taking on multi-time champion Travis Davis. We then see the popular “Green Machine” of Mohawk man Spencer Allen taking on Kenny Hill of nearby Bainbridge, Ga. Next it’s Terry Wynn on the all black bike up against a very talented family team, Grothus Dragbikes, with Brunson Grothus behind the handlebars. Grothus Dragbikes is a very respected manufacturer in the industry. Then it’s time for the flaming motorcycle of six-time champion Eric McKinney of McKinney Motorsports to take fellow Ohio standout Mike Chongris. In our final pair it’s the first man to put a Pro Extreme Motorcycle in the 3s, Ashley Owens up against the veteran Jack Young. Almost every drag racing video I see there are but a handful of people in the stands. How do these places make their money? It ant off the gate that's for sure.

@@Johnnywhamo It's a very complicated chicken and egg question. I've seen the P&L sheets on these races. To promote you increase your upside but also increase risk. You can go after it with thousands in advertising but you are left holding the bag if it rains. Man Cup stays alive with entry fees. They get a good gate at one race a year. Jack you should do bio on E.J Potter. Let the younger kids know Back when all this started. How you could buy a $ 50 dollar Harley roller. Slap fuel injected 327. In it. Do 9 sec quarter mile at 170 miles an hr.with 8" stripe of rubber the whole quarter.mile. Somebody had to be the Ginny pig.love the vids

Love the Pro Mod Bikes. A nice break from Pro Stock Bikes. Not to say anything wrong with Pro Stock Bikes. But they are the next step above Pro Stock. I recently had a taste of Mountain Motor Pro Stock cars. I was blown away with their performance and power. I don’t know why NHRA doesn’t run Pro Mod Bikes and Mountain Motor Pro Stock cars in their events. It would make the sport more exciting and interesting. Put them next to their counterparts. Top Fuel Nitro Bikes too. I’m very impressed with these bikes. They are a breath of fresh air. Keep up the good work. Sorry if I took the subject in a different direction. Peace ✌️

In this class we primarily see the nitrous Suzuki GS bikes and the nitrous Suzuki Hayabusa machines. It's fun to watch them race with Harlesy too.

4.01......in 1/8 , so . Drag Racing is 1320 feet 1/4 mile , that's where it started . I've seen a lot of races won on the far end in a 1/4 .

Great question. If they can get some of those insane Orange County Chopper bikes legal, I'm sure there is. You would need a head light, tail light, different exhaust. Those motorcycles are more difficult and dangerous than Nascar cars. Bikers can drive those cars at not that fast and wont get hurt if crash. I bet Nascar drivers most will crash on first races on these bikes. AND GET TO CALL AN AMBULANCE TO PICK THEM UP. LOL..
