FOURTY YEARS AGO, Californians started leaving the State in groves because of the tsunami that was pouring across the southern border. Back then, the favorite destination was Oregon, the State of Washington, and Colorado. NOW, there's new problems that didn't exist 40 years ago, but are all-but connected to the original issue. California was the shining diamond of the United States, but few of us ever thought, in our wildest dreams, that this would have ever happened. But the millions of Californian Americans who left, KNEW it wouldn't turn-out well.
