pour moi c'est un génie du rugby de par son placement sur le terrain ,son intelligence et sa vision du jeu , il a toujours 2 coups d'avance sur l'adversaire, et si cela ne suffisait pas , des raffuts incroyable , gros défenseur , des coups de pieds très précis et des 2 pieds, difficile de lui trouver un défaut, la mélée peut etre en pilier gauche

Better go have watch Dan Carter.Especially video of him playing 2005 lions. Dan Carter scored 33 points in the second test against the Lions. Carter won two world cups,lions test series and Seven Super rugby championship. DuPont is great player but he never won World Cup.The guy never won a test series in NZ or South Africa.

He's quite good in union but there are much more accomplished scrum halves such as Nathan Cleary who he would struggle to emulate.

Nathan Clearly's job is far far different from Dupont's one. I don't believe he would stand a chance playing same position in union. Perhaps 10 or outside centre but scrum half, nope...
