Yes you can apply once you finish your msc. Cost of PhD - Apart from the initial travelling cost of visa and flight tickets, there is not much cost. The tuition fees per semester is also very low and you will earn more than enough from your PhD salary. Don't worry about cost.

Right now I am very concern about my English, all my course are in English...and I don't have any issue in English writing.. but whenever I trying to speak i stumbled... I am tensed that if I am selected for the interview and because of this if I am rejected that will be very demoralising... Can you suggest me something in this, how can i improve that and feel confident?

The best option to be confident while speaking, is to just practice talking in English where ever possible. I am planning to launch live streams on my channel where I can take mock interviews of students who got selected somewhere. I have been in multiple interview pannels for the selection of Masters and PhD students. That might help. Stay tuned and I will make a community post with the schedule.

You can send your CV, transcript of academic certificates and research statement in which you write about the projects in which you have worked.

If you have done some work with your bachelors hod then sure they can write you lor. Prefer to take LOR from those with whome you have done some research work. Position matters but it's more important that they have worked with you

It's a difficult situation. I would suggest doing an internship from a research organisation after finishing masters to get some research experience

Generally, all supervisors are very professional and treat all students well. There are always exceptions. What do you mean by easy ?

But generally, in Germany the work life balance is very good. There is plenty of time to travel, relax and have a good time.
