positive mindset...ye bolna bahut ashaan hai...magar jiske sath ye situation hota hai usko samjho...I suggest all techie, never fix to 1 company for more than 1-2 years now. Do not think that hiring companies asks questions, they do not care if you are ready to join. If companies are not our friend then why should we? I heard everytime in a project that proper planning needed. But where are those planning went now? Why they hired so many without predicting about future. For all techies, if you leave companies in 1-2 years, you will be more upgraded to technologies irrespective you are working in a same pattern in one project for more than 1 year.

सबसे ज्यादा इफ़ेक्ट कहीं आ रहा है तो college placement है। लोग सच में बहुत चिंतित हैं की पढाई ख़तम होने के बाद क्या करेंगे। IIT's की भी हालत बुरी है यहाँ तक की जितनी company placement के लिए आ रही हैं वो भी बिना offer दिए चली जा रही हैं। जिनकी skills अच्छी हैं उनको भी कोई पूछ नहीं रहा। हो सकता है अगले साल तक परिस्थिति ठीक हो जाये पर placement तो अगले साल नहीं आने वाला न उनका तो नुक्सान होना तय है।
