It is short in both pharmacies Walgreens and CVS with 4.5mg dosage since 2 months. on backorder and not available at all, It is manufactured in US by Lilly

Perhaps most of these drugs are currently produced in China, and perhaps shortages are one way to boost the price (price gouging).
