Job vacancy on newspaper be like, SALARY= Negotiable ! Big Organization to Start up treat people like they are just a newbie and they tried/want to pay less. I have never seen any job vac with their Specific salary. Everybody wants to have for themselves. They give damn to their employee. This need to be changed whether its a big or startup organization.

1. Opportunities are not there because economy is not production based. 2. Skill is necessary to get a job but 99.99 % graduates are not skillful (education system) 3. They do not want to start on their own due to lack of investment and government incentives. 4. And finally you can blame your environment (government) 2.
