If alimony is legal , then dowry should also be legal. Men should take at least same amount as their own net worth as a caution money(call it "dowry" or whatever) from bride's father as an insurance of this relationship. 50 % of this money can be paid to woman in case in future she files for divorce and demands alimony, maintenance, etc.

First of all the 2nd reason that no safety of Men in the Indian Judiciary must be the first reason. Now our laws are so biased that they don’t even want hear a husband’s voice. The biggest Vellein is The Maintenance Law. Basically any girl who at the time of divorce is not earning is entitled for Alimony or Maintenance. It is not taken into account at the time of Maintenance case that she was earning before marriage. Another thing is when we start such discussions the Feminists start complaining, Alimony ke naam pe milta kya hai? So, the question is wife not getting anything or may be 2-5 lakh in the name of Alimony then why even they do maintenance cases. So, again it is biggest lying that wife not getting anything as an Alimony. If all women are not same or we can say majority are against Alimony then why they are opposing Prenups? For Men Marriage = Fake cases + Maintenance. M=F+M One more reason is, high pressure for marriage specifically from Girl's parents, which results into divorce and trouble for Boy and his family.
