Every time I come across your content, I just keep learning so much more But I do genuinely feel, someone who’s intent is right and who cares for their employees will find one or the other of these solutions without even external guidance Back when the lockdown hit us, I had to close my gym for 4months straight. All I could think of is a pay cut of 50% to all 4 of my employees. I wasn’t getting paid anyway. By the time Govt were kind enough to let us open, my business bank account was empty but the business was overflowing with the trust and loyalty of the employees and it still does We are still alive and doing better despite the rough 3yrs of covid and celebrity deaths being linked to Gym going

I feel if u trust employees, atleast they're with you even if investors are angry and somehow we can come out of this. But by layoff, both investors and your employees are angry, what's the point of your existence then?

Bhai randcheev so called business coach. They are giatns company whom you are saying so called reputed brands. They have already build the business of level which can't even think off.. And not your opinion or knowledge has not helped to someone to build such business and you are giving advice to people what to do or what not LoL 😂 😂
