How about finding, training and retaining certified and qualified technicians? Having happy technicians making money means service advisors are making money with minimal issues and turn over of loaners cars. Trained and retained salesmen that actually have product knowledge and training customers minimizes customers wasting tech and service advisor time. Time and efficiency is the key.

After 26 years of the game i had to get out of the rat race, has been great especially the debacle with CDK and the pain of that! Life has significantly gotten better and less stressful, just posted a video of a friend's 1980 280zx that ironically hasn't been on the road since 1998 when i got into the dealership world ironically 😉

Great show guys! That’s were I’m at right now I’ve been in the industry for 18yrs and finally got a shot at running a service department and it’s been grabbing the cat by the tale since day one , I’m going on 3 months in and I’m trying to learn how to get ahead of it but no actual training available, just learn as you go. Which isn’t bad but I know I will do much better with actual focused training. How can I take advantage of the training you guys offer? Thanks!
