Its legit. The red and green LED were invented in the late 50s, early 60s. The blue led was invented in 1972 but was barely visible. The first real blue LED was finally invented in 1996. The tech of blue leds continued to evolve and then eventually allowed for the creation of the white LED in the early 2000s. This is why White LEDs exploded in commercial and home applications in the last 15 years. White LEDs are blue LEDs, covered in phosphorus. The phosphor changes the wave length. These lights have defect where the phosphor is burning up, changing the wavelength from white back to blue.

They are not bulbs. They are LED chips built into the fixture. They are suppose to last hundreds of thousands of hours, but a massive bunch are defected. You'd you need to swap the whole light fixture. The phosphor is burning up on the led chip allowing the wavelength to turn back to blue. PS there is no such thing as a white led. All white LEDs are blue, covered in phosorus which changes the wavelength. We only have red, green and blue LEDS. Sorry but its not a conspiracy.

Because they want it to be harder to see people amongst the light. Imagine trying to pick off rioters if everything was this color, and at night. These lights conceal people and things. They make it harder to see. You can't see clear contrast with the surrounding area and things tend to blend in. They aren't replacing/fixing these lights. They are being spread all over the world, not just the Americas. We can see by now that they are clearly up to something. Blue light disrupts sleep and triggers alpha waves in the brain. It reminds me of the demoralization attempts that occur before a totalitarian gov't takeover. We even have "blue light filters" on our electric displays because of how bad blue light is, and we have "blue blocker" glasses as well because they help you see more clearly. We are being set up for failure. Even the military uses RED lights at night to preserve vision.

@@georgewills-ek1gg You're right. They don't "wear out" as much as fall off. The phosphor is just applied to the top of the LEDs. In cases of high heat (common in Texas), they'll crumble right off. Of course there are phosphors that are more durable, but all these lights are supplied by the lowest bidder.

@@troyjones2687 here in west Texas, These lights have increased from 2 a few years ago to now 8 along a single off/on ramp on i-20 in midland. This is a Heavily traveled section that almost EVERYONE hits so it isn't a mistake. They increased it on that single section of I-20 for a reason!

It's done all the time. Led flashlights don't typically emit white light from the actual diode. Blue LEDs are incredibly cheap to buy at higher power levels, then they apply a yellow phosphor coating. When the photons hit the phosphor coating, the energy from the collision emit a range of yellow spectrum photons. The mixture of blue photons that pass through with the newly emitted yellow, combine to give a cool white color. If you disassemble an led flash light and look at the led, it will have this yellow looking layer on it, scratch it off and the flashlight will undoubtedly be blue.

Very skeptic of this. Im not an expert but im not an idiot. Your eyes dont lie they have a blueish purple hue and you cant "fake" purple, its bc they are on that end of the spectrum. ANYONE can look up a visible light spectrum graph and see that, those wavelengths are higher frequencies. They demand more energy the sine wave is much tighter. The smooth end with broad wave forms, would be the redder hues. Even for violet hues they are considerably bright. I have a 50W BL it gets very warm, but it really isnt that bright UNTIL you introduce a reactive material to it like neon acrylic paint. Then you see the true energy being cast out of it. Its very deceiving. Calculate the area of these waves, no need for "hairpulling math" Ultraviolet takes more energy. They could have a simple high watt equivalent LED with one cathode and one anode, cast perfect white light. Color changing LED's involve either multi LEDs that work off separate primary frequencies, or ... complex circuitry to do it off of one (not very cost friendly) and its just not needed. Why need that? On every single pole? .. I dont buy it. Now why, """to cut cost""', why then, would they use a wavelength that does not improve visibility, costs more energy, and wastes it? Heres another thing too, i encountered them, coming out of the great lakes area right outside a large city and the entire clover interchange between two interstates was these. Entire thing. There are arrays of LED chips in most roadway LED fixtures. The phosphor coating on individual chips disintegrates and falls off leaving the base (blue) LED chip. You will see fixtures with varying amounts of blue since the phosphor coating on all the LED chips do not deteriorate at the same rate. This is a defect in the phosphor coating. I believe the majority of these defective fixtures were manufactured by American Electric Lighting (AEL). Municipalities are supposed to be replacing these fixtures immediately when reported. But many municipalities have not replaced them to date or in a timely fashion which is when the conspiracy theories begin and the imaginations run wild. They are not part of a government plot to exterminate the population!
