Those German tins most likely had cookies in them. My grandfather used to send us a big box at Christmas with a bunch of goodies in them. As soon as u picked up the first one that’s the memory that popped in my head. Great find! Love watching ur videos as I recover from surgery and losing my daddy 💜

That floppy basket would be perfect to hold mitts and hats etc on a peg hook or hall tree, I’m surprised you left it behind.

The bag in the beginning would be cute hung up on a hook or on chair stile with some long floral picks spilling out of the edge, or even a scarf spilling out. Some easy ideas for decor.

I think the odd looking thing with the Nike boots was a pump to pop in the bit at the back of the boot and pump up air pockets withing the sole of the boot. Loved the wooden 🎃

When I went to the Goodwill outlet bins in my area it was jam packed (totally crazy the number of people),and people had several carts full of items. You aren’t allowed to push your cart around, you line it against the walls and take things to the cart. Apparently no one messes with your cart (except me because I had no idea what was going on and no explanation) but I learned quickly.😅

Hey Julie, my favorite thing you were looking at were the tins. Especially the first one. At least they didn't have the music blasting today. I have to tell you a funny story. I always have thrifted. My mom took us as kids. When I realized that I could thrift shop vicariously through these videos I watched a lot. A real lot. So I came across your videos and subscribed and while watching one day you showed the parking lot as you went in. Low and behold, your Bargain bin GW is my Bargain bin GW. I still watch you though . one day my Mom got a ceramic cat and the next day we watched you buying other cat figures while Mom got the one you left. Its been surreal. So maybe ill see ya around the thrifts. Thanks for your videos

It's actually GW online, they make employees take out anything really good or expensive. All of the jewelry and expensive purses. Then they auction it online. They make a lot more money that way. You know cause the president of Goodwill needs a bigger salary. Lol
