There is such a strange sort of comfort and happiness watching their day to day lives and routines. Emily had amazing intuition which is why she always kinda knew the gist of the results before she got them. It’s hard watching her struggle like this but the way she bounces back after the gym and being with Aisha is so comforting.

I miss seeing Emily vlogs, going back looking at old ones processing her passing, I agree totally, looking at these I wish she hadn't consumed so much processed junk, even protein bars which she loved, heaps of chicken, all this food is nasty with whats in it, additives and chemicals, antibiotics. No guarantees on anything these days but it certainly can't be good for you if your immune system is compromised, cutting all processed and sticking to real food will at least do no harm and give you a fighting chance. Miss you Emily, you did your best with the knowledge you had. 💛💜💙

Anji Mac indeed. We all eat and drink badly at times, some more than others. I do agree though - chicken is pumped full of water and antibiotics. Processed foods, even foods people think are healthy, like protein bars are so bad for you. If that’s what made her happy then that’s what we have to remember x

I used to love Full Throttle and Red Bull in college, but I didn't realize how bad they were... I don't think any of this made a difference for her as she was super active. I'm trying to be healthier, but it's hard to not cheat sometimes.
