I hope you can find counselling services... you said you have been battling depression and we all know losing a child at 31 weeks definitely has an impact on mental health as well. You are an intelligent, hardworking person who is full of God's favor even in your job as supervisor(many have educated themselves and their kids from such humble beginnings). However, i feel mental health is keeping you from focusing on hard work and success. Also you said it yourself you are lucky to be alive unless your friend in South Africa.
