Yes, this is called Nipple confusion. Keep offering your breast. If baby cries, calm them and then offer your breast again. Do not give formula immediately.

Mam my baby is 8 months old and these days he shows less interest in breastfeeding but I gave him formula milk, he took it. He breastfeeds during nights but not during day time. 1 use to give him formula milk just once in the evening otherwise just breastmilk and a lunch with cereal. What can be the reason plz guide

Distractions while breastfeeding could be the reason. And try to feed the baby 30mins prior to the solids.

Hello ma'am My baby is 3 month old. Till now he was breastfeeding very well but after vaccination maybe due to pains he was crying n was refusing for breastfeeding. So I offered him bottle by thinking that he shouldn't be hungry but things got worse day by day. He now does dream feed only and not breastfeeding. Keeps asking for bottle feeding only. Bottlefeeding is much quicker for the babies and they would reject breast when introduced early. Try to avoid the bottle and breastfeed the baby before they get too hungry. They will easily forget the bottle if avoided for 7 days

Pls feed with left breats. Offer right breats when baby is sleepy or half asleep. they will accept. This will resolve in few days so keep offering right breast often
