I appreciate what you are saying but please do not discourage people from coming there because people are not working so let them judge for themselves because as you say you only have experience for Wales only, so it's better to equip people with what to expect rather than discouraging them

Lol my dear here in south africa we work as carers heavy heavy for less than what you can think long ours 24hour live in shift racism obvious I think for me it can be easier because I'm used to kind of that situation
