Thank you so much for encouraging travellers to be clean and eco friendly when traveling around Sri Lanka. So much of it is untouched, but that is slowly starting to fade, and many don’t do a good job of disposing of their trash properly, so let’s keep Sri Lanka beautiful even when it gets more popular! I wish these up country areas didn’t have so many pine trees, they are not native. They make the mountains look ugly, and take away from its natural rainforests. We should promote native vegetation instead to preserve the forest cover we have left.

I have to pass Belihol Oya when every I go to B'wela during school vacation. I never new that this village was so beautiful as we only use to pass this village in the bus. Now I am living In Australia, The last time I visited Sri Lanka was in 2016 for my father's funeral. I am planning to visit Sri Lanka in December 2024 with my family. I will definitely visit Belihol Oya and stay at Glenrock Hotel to experience what you experienced. I will give you a feedback. Thank you once again for this video.
