You speak absolutely from my soul. You have worked out exactly the aspects that I love about the H95. I really like the sound performance, which no (Bluetooth) headphone between 200 and 900 € has been able to achieve for me so far. The low frequencies are present where they need to be, the high tones are so airy and pleasantly precise that my ears don't hurt even after hours of listening to music. That was completely different with the Bowers Px8. Thank you for your video.

I'm so glad you mentioned the volume so I know I'm not crazy. I can't find another review that talks about that issue. I'm always listening at 100% when I'm usually 70% to 80% using other headphones/earbuds. The sound quality is great which is the reason I may keep them.
@RSI248 ай бұрын
I've seen others had the same situation..I can't listen to over 75% before it gets too loud for me. I also run an EQ so that might be why it's louder without the gain being at max

Sonic performance of H95 is noticable more superior than AirPods Max. Especially they do differentiate also the bass, which no other Bluetooth headphone is able to. Even the materials are far more premium. It’s definitely worth the premium price. The only downside is the low volume and the transparency mode. But if they are for listening to music I‘ll always go with the H95.
@Teh_Rant Жыл бұрын
Exactly! My conclusions were the same. Sonic performance is top notch 👌🏼

usualy with headphones you can adjust the volume by adjusting the EQ setttings. Is that not the case here?

I've had the H95 for about 3 years now. I absolutely love the sound. I also have the B&W PX7. I was thinking about upgrading the H95 soon, but at $1400, no freaking way. I am thinking about the Focal Bathys the Dune colour. I've made up my mind now.

I have the H95’s. They have done a lot of hours of playing with genres of music. I’ve used these in flights, in Ubers and different areas. I can say over the long period of time you listen to these headphones the drivers will “burn-in”, in which they sound better and better. Now using Bluetooth with these headphones are great and you the clarity of the drivers are awesome, they definitely sound amazing via Bluetooth. But when you plug in your H95’s via the B&O cable. That’s when it flexes with every headphone on the market. Now in conclusion, in my opinion. I believe the H95’s are worth the money. It’s an investment and believe me, when you give it 100+ hours of listening or even 150 hours. Those titanium drivers brings you “worth the money” feeling.

Im debating getting an H95 but the low volume scares me off a bit. How less loud is it in comparison to sony air pods max or bowers and wilkins? I usually use on about 75-80 percent volume

h95 is 102 db. AirPods Max 108.3, Bowers&Wilkins px8 between 104-107 db. But AirPods Max max is rubbish

I own these and I have to say like for example, 80s music stuff like that you kind of wish you could turn up the volume a little bit more truly it depends on the song that you’re listening to I believe. Because I feel like if it weren’t any louder you might get some distortion and nobody wants that.

Nice headphones but mine are falling apart in under a years use so if you travel and are a serious music person they are too delicate in build. The mesh on top is so weak and falls apart easily. The lighter colour headphones discolour super easily due to sweat / use also the build quality isn't what you think it is. On flights though they are incredile not even listening to music. They cut out the plane engine and kids perfectly. They are worth the cash IF you go on long haul for sur and protect the headband with a cover.

I just bought a pair. I signed up to be notified by email whenever their black colored ones were available. I am using PayPal Credit to pay for them. PayPal Credit gives me 6 months to pay them off with minimum monthly payments at 0% interest. I am not patient, and I wanted to capitalize on getting the black ones while they are still available.

@WorthlessDeadEnd If you’re on a tight budget I’ve tried the Zorloo Ztella USB DAC and it’s absolutely fantastic. Check out their website and buy from there to get it genuine. Then you simply plug in to your device via USB and then use an MQA streamer app and you’ll get MQA quality.
