Anyone ,who remembers high school math, can see that the long term Dow curve is an exponential curve that has made the upward turn approaching singularity. It is the example of the wise man who asked the king for one grain of rice for the first square on the chessboard and two grains for the second, then 4 grains for the third...... just double for each square. So a crash always looks like its coming. We all can speculate why Buffet has so much cash. Simple answer, there is nothing to buy. Market is at best over valued. At worst fairly valued.
