@@kelsilulu It’s from an Ozzy Osbourne interview, and he said “who’s Billy Eyelash” because he doesn’t know who she is. And Ozzy has been famous for over 5 decades, not like 7 years, so it’s completely understandable that he wouldn’t know who she is.
