Fortunately, I had studied monetary science in depth for many years, and saved for retirement in Maple Leaf gold coins. Regularly, irrespective of price, dollar cost averaging. Now there is an asset, Bitcoin, that all the good things about gold, plus several other great features, that make it the ultimate, superior asset for savings and transactions. The paradigm shift came in a few days. Now I am completely convinced, and will trade my gold for BTC in cold wallet self custody. I am totally blown away by my own mental transformation. Finally, I found peace of mind, I will have done the best I could. Thanks for reinforcing that conviction, like seel rebars reinforce concrete. Thank you for your hard and smart work.

Very interesting talk. I wonder if people are keeping there 6 month emergency funds into bitcoin instead of a bank? Would be curious to know if that's a better idea. Then if you do need emergency funds just sell the appropriate amount of bitcoin needed. The problem might be that you are taxed twice on that money? Would like to hear opinion on this.
