The best part about the story is Boruto just may have to openly accept losing those closest to him in order to save the world in the end, and it's the coming to terms with it and accepting it, that ultimately Prevents Momoshiki from ever prevailing, Because as Naruto said, Shinobi are those who endure, and the story is about Boruto showing the world he's Naruto's son, and what better way to do it than embracing Naruto's philosophy of enduring, and moving forward to protect something greater than themselves. He also must embody the mindset of his teacher, who much like him, is only alive and well due to the Influence and say so of the hokage who Shikamaru is acting as right now, and is acting as a strong asset to his village from behind the shadows. The writing for TBV so far has been a masterpiece

I think you’re off about what naruto would do. Naruto was willing to let go of his dream, his own life, and willing to ignore everyone just to save Sasuke. And he believed that he was going to find a way to do both that and save the world if need be. Boruto showing the world he’s Naruto son isn’t coming to terms with a decision that’ll haunt him, but rather believing he’ll find a way to defy what ten directions told koji, and finding a way to protect Sarada and his friends, plus save the world. That’s what Naruto would attempt to do. He didn’t choose either Sasuke or another way. Heck the entirety of shippuden all but made clear that killing Sasuke was going to be the only option Naruto had, since Sasuke was seemingly too dark to change his ways and what not. Yet Naruto didn’t give up that belief that he could. Dude even changed kurama. And this is boruto’s show, so I believe it’ll be the same with him. It’ll just be a very rocky road.

Boruto by this point either has it as he suffers in mostly silence; as to avoid shifting the 10 Directions. Get the outcome they want and he lives, but many he cares about may not. Even if Boruto uses his shadow clones, he isn't going to be able to save them all if they are split up. He's probably going to save Sarada first because she's Sasuke's daughter (and has a closer relationship with her than with Konohamaru) and it narratively makes more sense. Konohamaru would be able to use talk no jutsu on Matsuri longer than Sarada and Mitsuki can on Ryu since Konohamaru is Moegi's friend while Sarada and Mitsuki are just strangers to Ryu (who just met at the chuunin exams) and I don't know if Yodo and Araya are going to be able to use talk no jutsu on Ryu since he's the shinju version of Shinki and I don't think Gaara taught them how to do talk no jutsu. There have been multiple characters in Naruto who dream of being Hokage but most of them don't get to reach that dream. If you want the series to be dark, have Konohamaru never reach his dream of being Hokage but who knows if Ikemoto is willing to go down that path. We don't know what happens to a person when they get eaten by a shinju and someone has to get eaten. Naruto and Gaara are sealed away, Ada is in hiding, Himawari is in hiding and has a lot of potential (and Kashin Koji and Boruto aren't going to let her get eaten or die), and Sarada has a lot of potential (and Boruto promised Sasuke he will protect her), so that leaves Konohamaru to be eaten. I just hope they don't take out Matsuri and Ryu so soon because we need to learn more about the relationship between Moegi, Konohamaru, and Udon and the relationship between Shinki, Yodo, and Araya and while Matsuri and Ryu are not Moegi and Shinki, they could be crucial in learning more about Moegi and Shinki and their friends.

kinda. you have to remember, kishimoto is a HUGE samurai fan. sasuke's ENTIRE arc is rooted in samurai story from the moment he declared Itachi as his target in naruto volume 1 all the way to him being sealed by Code's claw grimes. naruto mixes a LOT of japanese culture into the story from samurai to shinto to religion.

Naw fam, no samurai claims unless Boruto joins the Land of Iron. 😂😂😂 Boruto's life journey embodies sacrifice...the Will of Sacrifice. It's not just fan service for Kashin Koji to train Boruto (a la Jiraya/Naruto), but the tone setter for sacrifice giving way to prophecy. Although I get the Ronin references, I think it's more akin to the Legend of Hanzo, the prototype for Ninja Lore. The spirit of a sword lies with it's master. Boruto must return the sword to Sasake. Doing so is Boruto's hero's journey, but for that to happen, both Naruto and Sasake must be rescued.

Kashin Koji has no time for emotion and likely understands that it has no place in his role for the prevalence of the world, Boruto absolutely cannot die, or else the world is over and Koji knows that if Boruto is to move to the battlefield, an alrert will be given to Jura and he'll show up to where Boruto is, and kill him, because what is required to guarantee Jura can be defeated is still yet to be set into motion, and unfortunately the order in which things play out may take the lives of people close to the heart of boruto and the hearts of the fandom.

I still think Orochimaru is going to show up during this arc and save someone. Even if they can take down Ryu, I think it’s wrong to think that Moegi isn’t a powerful shinobi. He was able to see through Momoshiki’s attack and if the Jogan is an ability of Shibai then there’s a chance that Boruto would unlock a version of it. In the anime it allows him to see peoples negative feelings, dimensional and space travel and he was able to see his friends in another dimension to travel back and that was before the karma mark.

It doesn't matter....because Kishimoto in naruto's manga repeatedly used aspects of samurai lore...he added a twist to it....just like how Sasuke's ENTIRE arc about restoring the Uchiha clan's honor mirrors a Samurai story....just like how Kishimoto took aspects of Buddhism and flipped them, like he did the Ashura's and Indras....Sasuke and Boruto both have been written with Samurai elements to their characters, but tweaked to fit a story about ninjas...just as Momoshiki and Isshiki are based off folklore HEROES...but they're villains in the story....

If boruto mastered sage mode, maybe he'll be able to do the same thing Naruto did during the war, he'll be present in both sides, his sage mode clone will go assist sarada and mitsuki and he himself will come to help konohamaru since he's alone and will likely fail in killing Matsuri completely. She'll summon a claw grime and go back to heal herself just like what hidari did. But if boruto doesn't have sage mode, his clone won't last long for sure. Maybe he had already left a clone in that desert. Or maybe the current boruto who's with Koji is actually a clone, the real boruto is probably out waiting for the right moment to help his friends🤔. I remember roronoa zoro from one piece once said, "bushido is the way of death" 💀: now it all makes sense to me.

Boruto is going to make the wrong choice, and Mitsuki dies. Boruto has to trust his friends to finish this. But somebody is going to die. And it will be Mitsuki. He's the only one that doesn't have a Shinju after him. And Konohamaru although he is having trouble with Matsuri, he can still kill her till Boruto shows up, and the Shinju Ryu, and Matsuri leave to get Jura. After this Code finds Koji, and destroys the cavern. Code never explicitly sees Koji he just destroys the cavern out of anger. So Koji could have gotten out. Boruto FTG's back to the destroyed cavern. Where he falls to his knees, and sees the claw mark as Codes signature. As Konohamaru is making it to Mitsuki, Sarada, Yodo, and Araya. He sees the green blood all over the place. Ryu impaled Mitsuki through the stomach splitting him in half. Making team 7 Konohamaru, Kawaki, and Sarada. I do think he leaves to protect Sarada. Not sure if he can just make a shadow clone, and teleport the clone to Konohamaru. We've forgotten the basics of ninjutsu. One of those basics is the shadow clone jutsu, and sense Boruto can't make that many. Maybe just two of himself one for Kashin Koji. And another for whoever he can't get to to save.

@ it’s kinda like yhwach with the almighty. Koji probably knows konohamaru is going to die and that’s why he’s keeping the details to himself and re enforcing to boruto no to go. Konohamaru is an OG and had the potential to be on par or better than prime hiruzen but he cannot compete with shinju and otsutski level threats like sarada and mitsuki cause they were literally made for it. When he dies boruto will show up and koji wouldn’t be predict sarada MS ability just like yhwach almighty cannot see everything. The same ability she used on sasuke like shisuis Kotoamatsukami will be used on ryu and matsori long enough for boruto to connect the teams chakra like minato and save them.

The death of Konohamaru will serve as the same push that gave Naruto to have the mental fortitude to complete perfect sage mode when jiriyah died. Team 7 will have that reunion that the previous team 7 did in the war arc of shippuden and try to save the world together as shikamaru eida are under cover agents in the village so will mitsuki and sarada.

this whats gon happen, boruto will wait until they defeat ryu and matsuri and then tele to the thorn soul bulbs because KK knows that only boruto can fast travel the thorn soul bulbs to their respective victims. BUT momo will take over his body and eat one or both of them thus having the shinju want to double down on killing boruto and because konohamaru is there, he will see this take place and become disillusioned towards boruto thinking he was just using them to gain power via esting the thorn soul bulb thus stifling any good will he had going for him. this will also put shika out of the hokage spot cause it will b seen as treason as well as seen as colluding with boruto, helping him make the whole thing look like shika intentionally tried to help boruto in the eyes of the elders and daimyo

This is irrelevant to the video but what if Jura wants to consume Naruto because the ten tails have always been misstreated by the Otsusuki and humans. The only person alive who treated them normal is Naruto and the ten tails that Jura was created from knew this. Therefore drawing Jura to Naruto. Matsuri is showing us that the Shinju dont actually want to kill/consume their target. There is a hidden subconscious desire from the person they're incarnated from that drawing them to their target! Can the shinju become allies???

Koji can perfectly manipulate Boruto because he knows how he’ll react. Does he really see a future where Boruto doesn’t help? Doesn’t make sense for Koji to be so honest. Boruto knows this and warns him not to lie. Plus Koji made Shikamaru bring Team 7. I understand Konohamuru, but the other two? Koji must want Boruto to go, just not yet.
