Being a multiple attempt CA who did articleship from a small size firm, I gave 11 interviews and cracked 5 of them. The average CTC offered is around 8LPA. CA karne ke baad 25k ka salary is total bakwas. You will atleast get 7LPA i.e 52k per month in hand.

I would disagree with you bro. I started my practice 3 years back and in my experience, how much you earn is function of how much of value you can add to the entity/ client (in case of practice), Irrespective of size of the firm you did your articleship from. I don't think we have sufficient data to establish any correlation between size of articleship firm and trajectory of career growth. At the end of the day what really matter is what you bring to the table. Recipe for success for me is Just be curious, have willingness to learn/unlearn, stay humble and work hard. Where you are heading is more important then where you came from

25,000 pe Jo CA kaam kr re hain vo Tier-2 City ke CA firm me kaam Karte hain but they will be doing some other courses along with their Job and Workings Hrs will be less, here their main focus is not in CA course but in other courses. And Fact is Tier-2 City ke firms me 25,000 se 30,000 se Jyada nahi milta hain.

Overall, some true points while many points were misguiding and misrepresented. The whole point of video revolved around jobs, in jobs technical skills seldom matters, but the opposite happens in practice. Working in a top firm in one of the most sought M&A consulting (Not Advisory roles like due diligence but front end consulting), I can confer that confidence and others soft skills matters a lot for these jobs. But I myself, wants to take transfer after a while to a small firm to learn the work, and also to have time to pass the exam. Since, I have been following this channel for a while, some of the words were just projection of Tushar's own fear and growth journey, but remember not eveyrone is same. If you are someone who can fluently speak English and are already, confident, even with a dummy I have seen them getting placed at 10 l.p.a Dummy or small firm isn't the root cause, but it's the candidate himself. It's your individual journey, assess your own strength and weakness, and go forward with it.

Point is there are not earning in the capacity of qualified CA. They are paid less bcz the dummy article CA are in the process of learning the work same as an article student does. Hence no need to throw shit on the entire CA profession. There is a minimum 8LPA for a CA in service!
