Burial must be in designated areas not in any area. It is the ruling of the SC. If the designated area is far away from there, there won't be any option.

The man lived in the village, he has every right to rest their,his father and forefathers resting in the same village....now son wants to bury his father near his ancestors.... what's wrong in that???...basic human thing... Their should not be any part of religious conflict here. Beside that ground is for all villagers and has specific section for Cristian people to bury...but now villagers are opposing to even bury on petitioners private land!!!! It's clear case of discrimination just because majority is Hindu and Courts don't want any communal clashes . Courts need to take tough decisions over Discrimination!!!

Not move out. Already Christian burial grounds were filled with bodies. Normally burial grounds are designated areas not areas of one like. Burial must be in designated areas not in any area. It is the ruling of the SC.

Huge population, limited land , Christian and Muslims bury dead body when we are facing limited land to feed our population, buring convention doesn't suitable in present environment.

The purpose of conversion from one religion to the other is to follow the customs n traditions of that religion from the day of conversion. So, the body of a Christian must be buried in the specific graveyard and the question communalism /discrimination etc are provocative words to disturb peace n public order.
