WHY CAN’T YOUTUBERS BE TRANSPARENT?

Transparency, why is this so hard for some on KZbin? After reviewing the InArt Superman and comparing to other reviews that have been online it really made sit back and think about the issues with being transparent while reviewing products.

Couldn't agree more. These KZbinrs tend to tear HT apart because they will never be approached by HT to promote their product so it's safe to Rag on HT.

Because KZbinrs like Justin and Jedha trues so hard to appear like just your average “collector”, but their corrupt ways and greed is so blatant that you can’t take them seriously any longer. Inart is operating like a pyramid scheme, where they need more people to join in for future preorders in order to fund the current preorders they already took months before. And KZbinrs like a Justin Collectibles and JedhaPatrol are complicit in perpetuating that scheme. People are still waiting for their Batman figures when Aragorn and Cavill Superman is “out” already with glowing reviews ignoring the glaring quality issues that’s present.

After several fiascos involving them "influencers" I care less for what they say, publish, and think. People need to hear honesty and they hide the elephant innthe room with hype and bullshit. Keep being yourself my good man. I appreciate it and so do the folks who follow the channel.🍻🦇

In fairness I had no issue with my superman’s wrist pegs: so that’s more down to their QC than something that appears to be the same for each figure. I like the figure but I don’t love it; but in truth I don’t know how it could be improved. I personally like the flight pole too, it’s something I’ve thought of in the past. It’s easy to be under critical or over critical on something; but I hold inart to a higher standard than hot toys; so I do tend to be more critical, perhaps because I always pay for that early batch. But just like you said; I recently got my Jazzinc batmobile and I can see quite a few issues, I’m not normally a stickler but when I’m paying $1,500 for something I do look at it closer than my $300 figure. Some reviewers sit and try and justify their purchase in the sunk cost fallacy and the figures can do no wrong; this isn’t a review, it’s a showcase. People go to Justin or others to SEE the figure and make the decisions for themselves generally I think. I love MRC but I don’t go to him to hear what’s wrong on a figure, I just go to his videos because I like his positivity and visuals. I can come to your channel if I want a breakdown on your personal true experience with a product and I can go to other channels to then compare and contrast and use those to work out an “average” experience.

Awesome video and I know what reviewer your on about, I love his reviews but I was surprised he didn't address the hand peg system since he's a veteran in the 1/6 collecting community and completely shitted on the 1989 Batman which I thought was an awesome figure.

Yes unfortunately the majority of youtubers have an agenda, but if I may ask how are you any different? Have you tried reaching out to the person privately? I am all for constructive crtiticism but Creating a video publicly and shaming them does not do anything but balloon your ego, you want to paint yourself as a voice for the honest in the community but your intentions are malicious and it damages your trustworthiness. And ofcourse I know you will censor my comment because it goes against your agenda so go ahead im waiting.

However, if you stoop down to the level of publicly shaming others in videos, it can discredit your point. You know what damages someone trustiness? Lying about collaborating with a known scammer of a company, try to ignore, deflect, and outright gaslight criticism of that company in order for you to get more free toys, and also obviously ignore glaring problems of a figure and of a company in general, just so they would send you free stuff early. None of that was done by this KZbinr, yet you’re willing to go and defend others that’s done these things? Did the overly bright light boxes fried your sense of common sense?

Transparency: I feel that it's not about content of the figure or vehicle itself, it's about who gets their video out first so they can get the 'likes' and 'Views. I'm not a 'KZbinr' or a 'Content creator' (terms still crack me up) but I have made videos on Y/T. I don't need to, but it's fun for ME. You seem angry of something you may be doing yourself. It's just toys brother. Nothing more! Some of these dudes on Y/T including you, take yourselves too seriously (I feel). If some people kiss companies' asses to get figures, that's on them. If they gush all over the figure, so be it. There is one cat who did that for years and is still making video's and his 'disciples' still love him! At the end of the day, it's just high-priced toys! Take care!

⁠@@TheLouHam Being scammed is not exclusive to just collecting toys. It happens in all industries. No one should trust any high profile KZbinr or ‘ content creator’ regarding anything!!
