If they do not apply legally from their own country and accepted they are deported. Visitor means visitor and you have return flight ticket and proof of paid accommodation during your visit.

Sure u would have more chance.. I had a friend who enter few months ago and he declare at the airport and is accepted and is waiting for his interview.. asylum interview. He has place to stay by the government. But here is my thing, Canada isn't better ..life is stressful there and taxes are high and u have to work many jobs to survive. Europe is far better.. Germany France, Norway,And the rest ..far better.

It depends on why you are visiting, if you are a parent to a Canadian resident and your son or daughter has a new baby or is sick, it's okay to say you will stay for six months. If you said you are employed and you coming to Canada as a tourist, then it won't be realistic to say you will stay for six months. Best wishes

You will also need to restudy in Canada to become a CareAid in elderly nursing homes and hospitals. The NorthWest College in The Battlefords offers an excellent caregiver program with a work visa after graduation. Tuition is only $17,500, which is way cheaper than other colleges in expensive cities like Toronto.
