Not a religion thing. Some change their name back to their maden name after divorce some don't. Also many want to keep the same last name as their kids also if you are known my one last name you might not change it if you marry or divorce.

In Latin America and Europe, Woman can add the husband's last name (If they want to) and the kids receive both mom and dad last names. Imagine how awful: you as a mom get a way harder job as a parent and your kid only receives your husband's name. Ridiculous.

She was not the best version of herself what does this means who knows, one thing is sure she was best friends with Kayla Ewel and had a succesfull podcast and merch now they not even talking she left the podcast and made her own and Kayla is now has a good friendship with Nina and Shaun and traveling together. After the Nian break up almost every member of the cast took Ian side Paul was the only who was still besties with her. At Candices wedding she was sitting way back far away from the couple she was suppose to be bridesmaid (Kayla was) Candice now travels alone it looks like there is no one from the tvd who still sticks to her side in private life
