Dosen't need this volume for strength but why? Another example is bodyweight maybe you are massive low fat and a lot of muscle sure strong but after fifties the body is more hard to do what done before the skeleton all body change....greetings from Greece i want one day make an interview Ευχαριστω

Dave, I totally agree with you. I am 47 yrs old, and after I increased my frequency on cardio training, all things got better. Are you doing cardio everyday ? How do you program Cardio x Strength (Bands) through the week ? Tks

It is but in order to lose muscle on cardio you have to training for hours and hours and everyday. When you balance both cardio and strength you will realize that even cardio can help on building muscle. At least it was what I have observed on me.

Dont agree, strength training involves both the cardio and the musculoskeletal systems all in 1, especially with lighter assistance and higher rep exercises after heavy compound movements..

I was used to think and training like that but pure cardio is totally different regards to energy, stamina and conditioning.
