Dude, I'm so happy I found this video. I'm currently a senior in high school and applied EA to Chapman, and am refreshing my phone every 20 minutes for an email. I really want to get in, but I know whatever happens is according to God's will, and He has everything planned out for me. I think it's so awesome that you want to make your art bigger than yourself and pointing towards Christ because this is my ultimate goal as well. I felt that all of what you said in this video reflects who I am and the situation I'm in. I just think it's really cool to see another Christian filmmaker that has the same goals and thoughts as me. If I get in, hopefully, I can meet you someday. Until then, good luck with all your future projects! (Also, I subscribed)

in tears writing this comment right now bc i think this is exactly what i needed to watch. being very strong in my Catholic faith, i was so scared committing and going to a non Catholic university. but this video made me realize that wherever i end up God will place people with the same morals and values i have in my life. so thank you!! and i’m now so excited to attend chapman. hopefully i’ll meet you :)

I didn't get in senior year and got in a year later. That was my mentality too! I reapplied to see if He really didn’t intend this for my life and one year later He did. Good Luck!

Awe glad u had fun. I actually was thinking about Chapman for about two weeks now--I wanted to email them and ask them if they have fly-in programs. I'm also into films, photography and making content for the media. I saw that it was a really good film school and wanted to apply.

Definitely look into it! Chapman’s one of the greatest film schools there is, so I encourage you to keep pursuing it

Hey jack, just saw this video, considering money was an issue in ur decision to go to chapman, were you able to obtain any financial aid from chapman like extra money to help pay for dorming and what not?

I did get scholarships which definitely helped make it easier to go to Chapman. I got certain ones for living on campus, there were some for my talent in filmmaking, and others for stuff I did outside of Chapman!
