Im working in income tax department with salary of 40 k .in central government there are many allowance and benefits like cghs medical claim, holiday homes graduity earned leave encashment . Home travel allowance, ltc petrol allowance ,DA KV school(cbsc) if one joined in lowest post some may retire as asst commissioner ( IRS UPSC POST) Many FRUITS CAN BE enjoyed at the time of retirement. Till age 60 job is permanent .im studing for higher post we will have work for 1hour daily . No stress. but exam preparation is little hard

Basic central govt group C employee salary is 40K with no work tension..more time with family... Saturday sunday leave and You clear any central govt graduation level exam ..your salary is more than 60K in your first month with govt quarters,no tension,saturday and sunday leave ,more time with family ...you try those departmental exams once you clear you salary is more than 80K...so CENTRAL GOVERNMENT JOBS are far better than private and state government jobs

Both govt job and private job are same.. may be private jobs gives more money at the early stages.. but govt employee salary at age 55 and above will be more.. so money is same in both sector....
