This is different from the suspended trains in Japan and Germany. This is a magnetic levitation suspension, without wheels, and the train and the track are mechanically contacted through a pantograph.

you should also mention the Wuppertaler Schwebebahn in Germany. It looks very similar, also a suspended monorail. Amazingly, it was in operation since 1901 running along a track 13 km with 20 stations. More than a century old and generation 15 cars were in use since 2016.
