love the videos and the effort - great work! how many houses does Golden Eagle typically build a year? when does that approval/number/limit get decided? Dec 31? or is it a rolling guesstimate throughout the year based on client demand and your workload?

It’s based on volume of wood product so that our manufacturing can keep a full schedule but not hold up any job sites.
