Fun fact; In my early twenties, I would sometimes fall into depression. Then a friend would invite me over to a bonfire at Bayshore Beach with guitars and singalong. After a couple of hours of the sound of the breakers mixed with the crackling fire, I would feel 100% healed.

Thank you for sharing that, JC. The ocean has always had that affect on is too, it's a big part of the reason we decided to move here. We go to the beach several times each week, and it has never failed to put a smile on our faces.

The beach is my favourite place to go in the winter. You don't have to worry about the ground being snow and ice-covered (thanks Bay of Fundy Tides!) and I find it good for my mental health - salty air, the sound of the waves, and a good walk.

We have never seen any parties there, but then we're old. It's a great place to have a fire on the beach though, for sure.

Hello Wendy and Les n Domino….. It was my great pleasure to meet you today out on our wharf in sunny St. Stephen. One doesn’t often run into folks they follow on KZbin. It was great fun to chat with you, and laugh a lot. You are real nice folks. I am looking for my video on my dog Jacqueline aka Puppy Jack’s snow booties. Cheers, Eh….. this is where I went swimming growing up in Saint John. I still visit this beach and walk at the park too. Have you been there to watch the seals at low tide. That’s a bunch of fun too. 👌😇💕 LilliStJohn ….. JFYI high tides are 25-48 feet depending on where you live 👌😇

Hi Lilli. It was our pleasure to meet you ladies. One of the most rewarding aspects of having this channel is when we get recognized out and about and people stop to talk with us. Who knew a quiet afternoon walk on the pier in St. Stephen would turn into a wonderful memory of chatting and laughing with two wonderful people? The friendliness and genuine kindness of the New Brunswick people is difficult for us to portray in our videos, even though we talk about it all the time, so we hope more people from the "uptight" parts of Canada will venture out this way personally and embrace the Maritime spirit. Thank you again, Lilli.

What a wonderfull channel you two have created! We watched almost all vids on Saint John. Not that we are thinking of moving (we are a Dutch couple living in rural Norway). Our daughter and grandchildren are living in Musquash. We love the movies you shot in our favourite Canadian city! We miss it. Keep on the good work and lots of succes with your business! `Ha det bra!´as we say here.

Hello. Yes, a very beautiful beach! Hey, you could even jump in for a quick polar-bear swim! Lol. That’ll get the blood flowing! Looks like you pretty much have the whole place to yourself. Pretty.

Yes, the beach is almost never crowded, that's what we love about it.

Why choose any of those cities when you have St Andrews ? seriously ... I mean , if you're going to move somewhere , it should be a step up , not across or down , LOL that's why I'm still in florida , I can't afford St Andrews ,
@WeLoveSaintJohn2 жыл бұрын
St. Andrews is very nice, but it's also a pretty small town and can be quite desolate in the winter.
