Having a Classic/Vintage car is an 'ill-liquid' investment, just like Property, in the sense that you have to hunt for a buyer and may have to patiently wait for a good price. Only meant for people with 'deep pockets' - too costly for those who aren't in the high networth bracket.

To Hormaz Sir, You have bought the name Jaguar, That got me thinking, What happened to Jaguar, They have such a rich history and They make so many good prototype and good car's. But I haven't understood the Reimagine Strategy. Also Why Jaguar inspite of sharing few platforms have reliability issues. It will be a Good Insightful podcast

Excellent podcast! It is true that while Mercedes has a sympathetic attitude BMW simply hasnt. Even to get help for my 12 year old Mini Cooper S R56 Second gen, is a seriously uphill task with BMW India. So we have to rely on the after market or importing parts and paying frightful import duties.

Dear mr Hormazd and mr. Perseus, thank you for another wonderful podcast. What is your opinion about veteran cars. In Germany, the number plates of cars older than 30 years have a suffix H to distinguish them as heritage cars. These cars will certainly need to fulfill criteria to enable them to qualify as a heritage car. Best wishes always.

I have imported a HONDA S-2000 in 2006 @29 LAKHS I.N.R all total it costs around 33 LAKHS I.N.R still be with me it ia a black car.
