After feasting on all kinds of greasy and sugary mithais for generations, developed countries want the newly opened mithai shops in developing countries to shut shop as quickly as possible for the sake of collective health. When asked if they would shut down their mithai shops faster, their response is a no. When asked if they would share sugar-free mithai production techniques, or financing for setting up more sugar-free mithai shops, the response is sadly another tepid, "yeah, I guess we can give you some of our spare change...".

Climate finance is a real thing and it shows how truly willing the developed world is to share its resources with the developing. giving out such huge sums of money, however inadequate, as loans and investments to countries shows there is a lack of empathetic sense in the leaders and still caring about finance much more than the actual climate change. I am afraid that climate change will cause a lot of damage to developing countries while the developed world reaps the benefits of its riches instead of helping to control and overcome climate change. A really frightening dystopia to even imagine.

Oecd is not a neutral body...less transperncy....already finance is reclassified as climate finace....money majory flow to countries which are larger... Developing one want 1.3 t$ / year but developed one opposed...also opposed loss and damge fund for small island countries..
