A lot of clones hated their Jedi, mostly because they were incompetent military leaders and they used clone troopers as expendable units. Majority of the clones felt neutral towards the Jedi. Btw all of the clones knew about Order 66.

I love the original version of Order 66 and the clones in general so much more, when the clones were genetically modified and totally brainwashed to be absolutely loyal to Chancellor Palpatine above their friendship/relationship to their Jedi generals and when orders were orders. And they also knew about the order, they weren't actively waiting for it to be executed, but they were totally aware. That is the true slave army of the Republic, not the individual characters with hopes and dreams and being mind-controlled by some bio-chip to guarantee their loyalty to that specific order.

Too Bad the new Canon such as "The Bad Batch" made the clones getting retired and replaced by human beings too soon after Palpatine decleared himself empire while in the old Canon the clone army served the Galactic Empire for a few more years and it was a much longer process for them to getting replaced completely, which I kinda like a lot more.

@@EternalEmperorofZakuul All clones had an inhibitor chip implanted in their brains in order for palpatine to force them to obey order 66. However this is old canon so the inhibitor chips didn't exist back then.

Most average clones didn't like the Jedi because the average Jedi were terrible Generals. The Jedi code is such a handicap that in some cases it cost the Republic victory just so the Jedi wouldn't violate their ethics and morals. ARC Troopers were especially not fond of Jedi for this reason.

Yes. Some clones in Legends/the EU even feeled betrayed by the Jedi when they received Order 66. In "Battlefront 2" grom 2005, one of them says in his journals: “I hesitated for a moment when I received Order 66 because the last thing I expected was a Jedi coup. Did I feel betrayed? You bet I did. I thought of all my men who died under Ki-Adi-Mundi’s command, and if I’d known then that he and his buddies were gearing up to do the Separatists’ work for them and overthrow the government, I’d have shot him as a traitor a lot earlier. He betrayed the trust of every one of us.”
