Ref Mark Halsey stated the PGMOL told him to lie about decisions. Clattenburg told Danny Simpson he didn't send him off 'cos he wanted Leicester to win. Dean stated he didn't send his mate to the VAR screen 'cos he was already having a difficult match. The refs themselves are saying they're dishonest. The FA and PGMOL will only think of correcting all the bias and dishonesty after a widespread attendance boycott.

Thanks for allowing comments. The English media is doing everything it can to suppress discussion on the effect this has on the integrity of the game. We are in an era where the greatest team has 115 charges against them and their main rival has a major referee who despises them and has a litany of poor decisions that go against Liverpool. Also, there is no denying the clearly racist element in this referee's rant. This is a scandal. No different to Italian football's Calciopoli.

He was being blackmailed & this Video was made in 2020 so when he did not do injustice to Liverpool when he referee'd the game against by (rightfully so) not giving the 2 penalties, then his friends released it as they are clearly scouser haters. The David Coote scandal raises disturbing questions about Premier League referees' impartiality. Coote's actions, as shown in videos, display a shocking lack of professionalism and judgment. His behaviour towards Jürgen Klopp and Liverpool FC suggests a troubling personal bias that undermines the sport's integrity. It's alarming that someone with such clear partiality has been in a position to make impactful decisions. The fact that Coote felt comfortable expressing blatant dislike for a specific manager and club questions his ability to remain impartial. It's reasonable to wonder if these biases influenced his officiating. Equally concerning is the media's apparent bias in defending Coote and downplaying his actions instead of addressing the serious implications. This lack of scrutiny does a disservice to the sport. The Premier League and PGMOL must take these revelations seriously and investigate Coote's conduct thoroughly. If his partiality is confirmed, serious consequences are warranted. Anything less would be a disservice to the sport and to teams and fans who expect fair play. The focus should be on ensuring referees uphold the highest standards of impartiality and professionalism, neither demonising nor justifying any manager's activities. Football's integrity demands nothing less.
